How much work will I have to put in? Will I truly get what I'm hoping for? These questions weighed on Zoli's mind, and he knew it was time for a change!

Challenge

What challenges did we encounter?

At the start of Csarnok.hu Ltd.'s online journey, they were only equipped with a basic logo that didn't resonate with potential clients. The company lacked a digital presence, leading to insufficient orders to fully capitalize on their impressive capabilities, despite existing clients being thrilled with their work.

Our mission was to craft an entirely new look and message that would effectively communicate Csarnok.hu's expertise and services on a landing page, thus bolstering their marketing efforts. We aimed to develop a user-friendly online interface that would earn the trust of visitors and encourage them to reach out.

As we began to develop the csarnok.hu landing page, Zoli came to us with an exciting idea. He wanted not just one, but two online platforms! So, we rolled up our sleeves and doubled our efforts to bring tipuscsarnok.hu to life alongside csarnok.hu.

Approach

The first step in any project is for our dedicated project manager to sit down with the client and discuss the entire process: timelines, tasks, and specific project details. This clarity is vital to ensure everyone is aligned and to prevent misunderstandings.

Once everything was in place, we got to work! We held a dynamic workshop with Zoli and his team to identify the content needs and goals for the landing pages. We conducted in-depth research on hall construction, drawing inspiration from the best practices in the industry. With all this information in hand, we crafted the initial design drafts in line with modern web design principles.

To keep our client in the loop, we scheduled weekly online meetings. We collaborated closely with Zoli, continually refining the designs based on his valuable feedback until they were polished and ready for launch.

To set Csarnok.hu apart from the competition, we needed to think outside the box. That's why we created a unique calculator for tipuscsarnok.hu, enabling potential customers to receive accurate cost estimates for their future halls.

When designing a landing page, several critical factors come into play:

  • Structure: The order of elements must be logical and engaging.
  • Copy: The messaging should address potential customers' needs and emotions.
  • Appearance: The design must convey trustworthiness and professionalism.
  • Technical Implementation: The site should be functional and user-friendly.

All these elements need to be in harmony to create attractive, effective interfaces that generate quote requests.

We achieve this by ensuring there's an expert in each area while our project manager keeps the website's goals front and center, coordinating the various components. Knowing that our client wanted to capture leads through PPC advertising, we tailored the content and technical aspects accordingly.

Outcome

Incredible results achieved!

After wrapping up our collaboration, our thrilled client shared their fantastic results: during the January 2024 campaign, csarnok.hu garnered a total of 21 written requests for quotes through the website's form, plus another 4 requests via email. From these inquiries, 3 contracts were successfully signed, and 2 more promising projects are in the pipeline, one of which holds significant potential!

In March, Zoli's team launched a similar month-long campaign on tipuscsarnok.hu, receiving 18 requests for quotes.

These remarkable results demonstrate the undeniable importance of a strong online presence and effective positioning, as well as the necessity of strategic brand development—key factors in maintaining competitiveness in today's fast-paced market.

Zoli was absolutely delighted with our collaboration; we delivered the project on time, without any unexpected costs, and, most importantly, we generated successful orders!
