When we first started working with Project & Team, the company's website didn't accurately reflect the firm's expertise, experience, and brand identity. They had an outdated website that didn't align with the target audience's desired user experience. Our challenge was to redesign the website, improve the user experience, and establish a strong online presence.

Clarify

Our first step was to define Project & Team's key attributes, target audience, and market environment. We conducted a workshop with the company's key personnel to gain insights into their business and clients' needs. We also conducted interviews with their clients to understand their pain points and what they loved about Project & Team.

Design

We started the design process by conducting desktop research to analyze competition and identify best practices in the industry. We then distilled our findings and developed user journeys for each persona. These user journeys helped us design wireframes that would effectively communicate Project & Team's services and expertise to their clients.

Once we had the wireframes in place, we started the UI design process. We designed the website to be modern, clean, and professional, with a focus on the user experience. We used a color scheme that reflected the firm's brand identity and added custom illustrations to highlight their services and expertise. We also incorporated interactive elements to improve user engagement and make the website more dynamic.

Implement

Once the team approved the design, we developed the website using Webflow. Webflow allowed us to develop a fully responsive website that was easy to navigate and visually appealing. We also incorporated SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine visibility.
